VSL Fighting is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping information to avoid loss or damage. If the shipping address is entered incorrectly by the customer and a change needs to be made to the final destination address, please make sure and contact info@VSL Fighting.com prior to the package being sent. Please note that VSL Fighting is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information. If the package is returned to sender due to the customer not meeting these arrangements, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

*Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Service to some remote areas in Hawaii and Alaska may require additional delivery days. When placing a pre-order, please note the expected date of shipment.

RETURNS

2. Print off the form that was sent to your email.
3. Replace the item in the packaging in which it was received and include your return form.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Items returned after 30 days will be accepted at our discretion. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us. We strongly recommend utilizing a reliable mail service. Please note: PACT may refuse any return if it does not meet these guidelines.
